Warranties

Rite-Kem warrants its products to be free of defects in material or formulation and that they were produced in accordance with and conform to applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any such warranty, Rite-Kem will, at it's option, replace any affected products returned to Rite-Kem, or refund shall be Rite-Kem's sole responsibility, and the buyer's exclusive remedy, for any breach of warranty.
